What do you do when your heart bleeds?
When pain is engraved in your every cell,
When you know you just cannot feel,
And you become just an empty shell

What do you do when the lights come off?
When you realize those scars are still there,
When all around you becomes darkness,
And you pretend that you are not scared

What do you do when you can’t go on?
It hurts too much to make the next move
When your pride is nothing but gone,
All you know that there’s nothing to prove
