It all started when i was looking for some cool free reads for my kindle on Amazon. I downloaded “Pack Challenge”, ‘cause come on, I can’t resist a shifter book. But I didn’t read it right away, but one fine day I read Danielle’s review of the book on her blog, ALPHA Reader, and I thought to myself “Damn, i gotta read this ASAP”. So, I did and that that’s how my newest obsession with Shelly Laurenston started… True Story!

The Magnus Pack series is full of yummy smut goodness mixed in with hilarious characters, brilliant dialogue and just enough action to make you salivate. However, what makes these books so amazing is the relationship between the three friends, the 3 heroines that are the basis for the these books.

I could talk about how hot each leading man is or how their Alpha hero behavior will probably get you all hot an bothered. I can talk about how Shelly has built an amazing world that is subtly introduced, little by little with each book. But I want to talk about Sara, Miki and Angelina.

"You sniffed her ass, didn’t you?”
Conall didn’t even bother hiding his grin."

These three ladies, who am kidding, these three psychotic hell raisers met early on in life and have been inseparable since. They have other friends and people they care about, but they are each others Family and Happily Ever After. Yeah, they each get their mate in this series and hell yeah, each of their stories is scorching HOT! But the the relationship between these three is something that absolutes shines. If friends are the family we choose for ourselves, these three have the best family ever and no one can get in the way of that.

The Magnus Pack books are Paranormal Erotica brilliance! There is a LOT of smutty goodness, but what makes this stand out between so many other PNR series out there, is definitely the humor. I found my self literally laughing until I cried with these characters and I kept wanting more and more.

"Miki held up a tennis ball, looked at Sara’s new Pack, and tossed it out into the forest away from the ongoing rave. They all watched it go, then they turned back to Miki.
“Okay. Go…”
Sara and Angelina slapped their hands over their friend’s mouth before the word “fetch” could come out of it.
They pulled her over to one of the food tables.
“Are you out of your ever-loving mind?! Everyone here but us is like Sara.” Angelina snapped.
“And after seeing them in action I’d rather not fuck with them!”
Miki gave that innocent smile. “It was just a little experiment."

If you are a PNR lover like me, The Magnus Pack series is definitely a drug that you need to try ASAP. It’s completely addicting, but it will make your days so much brighter! I guarantee it!
